This website collects almost nothing
This site is intentionally simple. It doesn’t run advertising trackers, and it doesn’t sell or share your information — there’s no data brokerage anywhere in this practice. Standard, privacy-respecting web hosting applies.
What third-party services see
When you book a discovery call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and their privacy policy governs what they collect. If we work together and use invoicing, payments are processed by Square — card details are never collected on this website and never pass through Connective Edge systems.
Coaching confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential. What you share in session — including anything about assessments, notes, or your Primary Circle — is not disclosed to teams, agents, employers, institutions, or family members without your explicit written permission. The only exceptions are the narrow ones required by law (for example, imminent risk of serious harm), which are explained before any engagement begins.
Your records
Session notes and assessment materials are kept in secure, access-controlled storage — deliberately separate from this website and its infrastructure — and are retained only as long as they serve the work or the law requires.
